Alexandria Awad is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice departments. Ms. Awad has dedicated her legal career to representing clients and their families in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, construction site and workplace injury, mesothelioma, and medical malpractice actions.  

Alexandria earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. During law school, she served as a law clerk with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Coast Guard, and to the Honorable Paula Feroleto, Administrative Judge of the Eighth District of New York.

Ms. Awad developed her litigation skills in New York City, representing individuals with mesothelioma against corporate giants in talcum powder litigation. In 2019, she was part of the trial team that secured the historic $325 million verdict for an individual who developed mesothelioma after decades-long use of Johnson & Johnson talc products.

Ms. Awad has gained statewide recognition as a contributing author to the New York State Trial Lawyer Association’s annual Decisions continuing legal education seminar. Alexandria authors the “Discovery” Chapter, offering her analysis of every discovery-related decision issued each year by New York’s four Appellate Divisions and its Court of Appeals. Attorneys and law firms statewide use her Discovery Chapter as a tool for their own motion practice.
