Amanda Weber is an attorney practicing in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law, as well as Estate Planning & Elder Law Departments, with an emphasis on business formation, contracts, long-term care planning, and trusts.
Ms. Weber obtained her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Niagara University. Amanda has been admitted to practice law in New York, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia.
Before joining Tiveron Law, Ms. Weber worked for a local WNY firm focusing on Social Security Disability Insurance benefits and Veteran Disability Appeals. Amanda is currently a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
When not busy at work, Amanda can be found exploring the various landscapes of WNY, camera in hand, and playing with her rescue dog, Spencer.
