Jeffrey B. Novak is an attorney practicing in the firm’s Litigation Department focusing on Business and Corporate Law.
Mr. Novak graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo with majors in Political Science and History. He received his legal education from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
Before joining the firm, Jeffrey spent five years with a sizeable Buffalo-based firm in their Commercial Litigation practice area, representing many clients, including large banks, professional sports franchises, and entertainment companies in State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Novak has over ten years of experience as a Business and Corporate Law attorney. Also, he serves clients in the areas of Estates Litigation and corporate transactional work.
Super Lawyers® has recognized Jeffrey for three years running as a “Rising Star” for distinguished excellence in Business Litigation.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Novak serves on the Board of Directors for two non-profits, he is President of the ProZoo Board of the Buffalo Zoological Society and a board member for Lawyers for Learning.
