Samantha L. Yager

Samantha Yager is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Defense departments with more than eight years of experience handling complex civil matters. She represents clients in personal injury matters, guiding them through every stage of litigation—from initial filings to resolution. Her work includes extensive motion practice, discovery, depositions of expert and corporate witnesses, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. This depth of experience allows her to craft strategic, client-focused strategies that achieve favorable results.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Yager practiced insurance defense litigation across multiple jurisdictions, managing a large volume of cases and collaborating closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Ms. Yager earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in History and Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Mexico.

Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dogs
