For the last 11 years, Buffalo Business First has compiled a list of the most powerful women in Western New York, starting with 100 in 2015, and reaching 200 women in 2021. Over a year, some women stand out and some stand down. The list considers the specific parameters of a job, number of employees managed, community engagement, length of time at a company, and the overall impact of a person’s personality and leadership.
