Lee J. Fabiatos is a dedicated and versatile attorney serving clients across Western New York. With a comprehensive background in a broad spectrum of legal areas, Lee brings a client-focused approach to every case, committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for those he represents.
Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014 and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York Federal, Lee’s practice encompasses a wide array of legal disciplines. His current work with Niagara County Conflicts and Assigned Counsel and the Erie County Assigned Counsel Program sees him handling criminal defense matters from arraignment through disposition, managing both misdemeanor and felony cases, engaging in robust motion practice, and taking cases to trial.
Prior to his current roles, Lee gained extensive experience in a general practice setting. He managed a diverse caseload that included small claims, personal injury, bankruptcy, civil, criminal, family court, youthful offender cases, surrogate court matters, real estate closings, and evictions. This broad experience equipped him with a deep understanding of various legal intricacies and the ability to navigate complex procedural landscapes.
Lee earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies at Lake Forest College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Communications in 2007. He is also a proud alumnus of Nichols School in Buffalo, graduating in 2003.
Outside of his legal practice, Lee remains dedicated to the Western New York community where he grew up and continues to reside.
