Q: How many years have you been with Tiveron Law?
A: I’ve been with Tiveron Law a little over three and a half years.
Q: What is your area of practice?
A: I focus mainly on Civil Litigation, Civil Rights, Personal Injury, and Landlord/Tenant cases.
Q: Where did you attend school?
A: I went to Canisius College and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Classics, and I attended SUNY Buffalo Law School for my J.D.
Q: Why did you choose to practice in Buffalo?
A: I grew up in Buffalo, specifically Hamburg, my family’s here and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Q: What’s the one thing you want your clients to know about you?
A: When someone takes the time to call me asking for help, I take it very seriously. I always put a hundred percent of my effort into each and every client’s matter, no matter how big or small the case.
Q: Why did you become an attorney?
A: I became an attorney to help people in need. Some people say they want to be an attorney because they’re good at arguing, but I feel that’s not a good enough reason. I believe you really have to want to help people and have a respect for the power and responsibility that comes with being an attorney. It’s something which gives you opportunities other careers might not in terms of being able to make a difference in someone’s life, and that was also appealing to me.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I’ve been a Martial Artist for about twenty years. I try to act in local theater when I can find the time. I also do a lot of charity work. I’ve done work with the Mental Health Association of Erie County, Boys and Girls Club, and Carly’s Club with Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Q: What’s your favorite restaurant in Buffalo?
A: Chefs, no question.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: The Departed
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
A: I always wanted to go to Japan and I was able to accomplish that last year. Right now, I’m looking for my next great adventure. It’d probably have to be somewhere in Europe, Paris or Rome for example.
Q: If you weren’t an attorney, which profession would you have chosen?
A: Something in the entertainment business, either an actor or director, maybe both.
