Renee Lauer is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing her practice on title examination, closings, and contract compliance. She is experienced in the practical application of real estate law, having previous experience preparing Reports of Closing based on recorded documents, as well as reviewing title commitments. This direct experience provides an advanced understanding of the documents and processes crucial to successful real estate transactions.
Academically, Ms. Lauer graduated Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she was recognized for her legal writing and academic achievement, earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Intellectual Property and Trademark Law.
Ms. Lauer passed the July 2025 UBE Bar Exam and her admission to practice is currently pending.
