Tiveron Law’s Steven Cohen Featured as Presenter for National Civil Litigation CLE

Tiveron Law is proud to recognize our Litigation Chair, Steven M. Cohen, for his involvement as a featured speaker in the National Business Institute’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, “Civil Litigation: 7 Things I Wish I Knew Sooner.”

This CLE program was designed to give newer attorneys practical guidance as they navigate the demands of civil litigation. Steve’s presentation focused on common mistakes that new attorneys make in the courtroom, during depositions, in motion practice, and throughout trial preparation. While the program was available live on Tuesday, May 12th, it can still be accessed in recorded form on the NBI Website. 

Drawing from his 35+ years of trial experience in state and federal courts, Steve shared practical insight on preparation, organization, judgment, credibility, and record preservation. His presentation offered real-world lessons to help newer litigators build confidence, avoid common pitfalls, and become stronger advocates for their clients.
