March is Women’s History Month in the United States, which provides us with a chance to pause and reflect on why this is more than just another month on the calendar. It is a reminder of how far women have come, and how much their leadership continues to shape the world around us.
For generations, women have pushed into professions that once excluded them, built businesses in spaces where they were underrepresented, and advocated not only for themselves, but also for their families and communities. The legal profession is no exception. What was once a field dominated almost entirely by men now includes women serving as trial attorneys, negotiators, advisors, judges, managing partners, and more.
Women’s History Month is about reflecting on these great historical achievements, while also taking a moment to shine a light on the women who are currently shaping industries and communities. At Tiveron Law, that reflection feels personal.
Our firm is led by women from the top down, starting with Owner and Managing Partner, Diane Tiveron. She is proudly supported by a robust team of female attorneys, paralegals, and support professionals who play a vital role in everything we do. Their leadership, judgment, and day-to-day commitment to clients are an integral part of the firm’s foundation.
Legal professions haven’t always been an easy space for women to enter, let alone lead in. That’s why Tiveron Law is proud to create an environment where women are not just a part of the team – they are decision-makers, strategists, advocates, and mentors.

Working With Women, For Women
Many female clients who choose to work with Tiveron Law are navigating pivotal moments in their life – whether they’re starting a business, planning for their family’s future, resolving a dispute, or protecting the assets they’ve earned. They’re looking for steady guidance, and often, they appreciate working with attorneys who understand that legal decisions never happen in a vacuum – they affect careers, families, and long-term goals.
We are proud to represent women across Western New York and beyond. Tiveron Law prides itself on providing counsel that understands the current legal landscape and the broader realities women often navigate.
That doesn’t change the law, but it will change the experience.
Here at Tiveron Law, we are immensely proud of the women who lead here and the women who trust us with their legal matters. It’s not a marketing point. It’s simply who we are.
